Iran wants to control Iraq and in the heart of this campaign there is one man: General Qasem Souleimani. He has been sighted in Iraq taking personal command of shia militia groups. Many in Iraq feel their country is becoming dependent on Iran for its very survival and that Souleimani miltias are becoming an instrument of political control.
