Iraqi citizens are being detained and tortured by militias of the Popular Mobilisation Units & government security services. Despite the fact videos of torture of Sunnis only exacerbate the situation, they continue to surface, These videos are filmed by militias to boost their image of strength and control over their victims. Ironically most of their victims are civilians who have nothing to do with the current power struggle.
